What It Shows

This layer maps Vancouver community gardens and related food-growing sites. It helps surface places where local stewardship, food systems, and neighborhood ecological engagement are already present.

Method

  1. 1.Fetch Vancouver community garden records from the municipal open-data portal.
  2. 2.Normalize coordinates, city tags, and naming into the shared point schema.
  3. 3.Publish the result as GeoJSON for study-area rendering.

Snapshot ETL. Refresh when municipal garden datasets are rerun.
